Got the job done

Needed an AI assistant for our Slack channel. Signed up for My AskAI. It was pretty easy to get it going. It answers a lot of the common questions people ask in there, so that's cool. Didn't have to talk to anyone for support or anything, which is always a plus. Just worked out of the box. Saved me some time looking up stuff.

Good Intercom integration

I set up the Intercom AI Bot for our customer service last month. The integration process was pretty smooth; it walked me through connecting it to our existing Intercom setup in about an hour. We started seeing support ticket deflection almost immediately, which was the main goal. The AI Training Interface took a bit of getting used to, but once I uploaded our custom knowledge base PDFs, it started answering questions pretty accurately. Delivery of the service itself is instant since it's software, and support responded to a query I had about multi-language setup within a few hours. Overall, it's performing as expected, helping our team focus on more complex issues.

Mostly good, minor issue

I got the AI Customer Service Agent for our site. The onboarding was fairly straightforward, and the Custom Knowledge Base AI worked well after uploading our documents. It definitely reduced the number of repetitive questions our team had to answer. The human handoff integration is a nice touch, too, for when the AI can't figure something out. My one small gripe was that the AI Training Interface could be a little more intuitive; it took a bit of fiddling to get the responses just right. But overall, it's a solid tool and has improved our support efficiency quite a bit.

Reliable support automation

This was my third time using My AskAI, this time for a new project integrating with Freshdesk. My previous experiences with their Zendesk AI Integration and Intercom bot were consistently good. This time was no different. The setup was familiar, and it connected to Freshdesk without a hitch. What I appreciate most is the reliability; once it's trained, it just works.
